Benzo withdrawals are different than a lot of other addictive drugs because the withdrawal can literally kill you. I know you don't want to hear it, but you might die if you don't get to a hospital asap. Be smart and be safe. I noticed you picked through the replies and found one saying you'll be okay before.

When it comes to harm reduction, benzo OD's and withdrawal are not to be toyed with. And we should always encourage and educate about harm reduction.

Atleast 4-16mg per day for two and a half weeks straight.
You definiy have a high level of anxiety if you already think you are going to experience withdrawal symptoms. Its obvious you read about benzo dependency on the internet and have now scared yourself into thinking that you might be at risk for withdrawal. You will experience rebound anxiety when.
Fuck. And I know that's an excuse. Just not sure I have the willpower yet.

i know what that is like, at least taper off on the benzos, if thats all you can do, it will help. The dose you need to relax is probably a lot lower than what you are taking.

You are naturally anxious and while benzos are a great treatment for panic attacks they are definiy not a long term solution and will lead to increased baseline anxiety when you're not on them because of receptor downregulation.
I just don't feel capable of beating it right now.
My friend and I concluded we were taking 14mg of xanax a night, Myself reaching the highest at around 30mg of alprazolam over a day. Xanax is really dangerous. Really really dangerous. And I went through Benzo withdrawal for 14 days in that rehab. They put me on a drug called xyprexa to complete.
All this from drinking alchol and 2 weeks of use, all cause my brain was so fucked up from using these in the past.

My theory was that maybe the hallucinations started further along into abuse but if its common to give drug addicts. I have no clue. Although I wouldn't have a clue to begin with, at least not yet, I'm an American community college student. Ahhh, that's interesting.

And probably more.
I'll try to keep this as coherent as I can but it was a very confusing and terrifying time in my life. In 2014 I had been on a 2 month Xanax.
Shit. Every time I write a massive reply I'm not logged it.
Just not violent or robbery type things. And I think my friend who's saying I was there and it was my idea might be lying because he's been acting strange lay I think he's getting deep into the benzos again. I had to cut ties with him. Mostly shoplifting with one instance of a burglery type deal i didnt even know I was involved in until months and months after the fact. I dont blame the dealer in this situation one bit I've done similar stupid things under the influence multiple times without anyone coercing me.
I'm 21 years old, male, and I've been dabbling with xanax on and off for like 8 months now. It started off with me eight months ago just buying a.

you're overthinking it, that's a sign of withdrawal itself, more anxiety..etc.
Honestly I do not know for sure because I've never had a seizure or known anyone in real life thats had a seizure from withdrawal, and I know a lot of fucking barheads.
