Panic attacks subsided over time/most likely as the result of a stressful relationship/ series of events ending. My current psychiatrist doesn't agree with prescribing benzos, so I haven't taken it in probably 6 months now.

5mg all the way up to 1mg and it doesn't feel like it does much for me. I only take it in case of emergency but I end up not taking it since I've had this reaction to it.
